Evening, folks.

Two Dutch shows have recently been confirmed. First up, it’s Estrado in Harderwijk, where we will be teaming up with Heidevolk once again. Our Brazilian friends of Seventh Seal will join us as well. After that, De Kelder in Amersfoort will have us rock the place with Slechtvalk and Myrkvar. Details about both shows will be posted here in the foreseeable future.

Hearken, proud Legions of the Blade, and hear our words, for we have been quiet for too long, now.

Allow us to share something with you.

Something out of the ordinary, really. A thing which fills us with great pride and honour, and which has changed our perspective for the better, from a reminiscent gaze at what we have achieved so far, to boldly looking ahead at a bright and splendorous future for Elexorien.

Nineteen years of age, she goes by the name of Lotte, and she will manifest baffling new definitions of sounding the siren call. Numerous events are being planned as we speak, so have no fear of missing out on an opportunity to behold us in full glory once more in the near future.

Exact dates and locations of said conquerings will be announced soon. We expect our Legion to be at its full strength, and present at all skirmishes.

As always, we are looking forward to rush into the fray side by side with you.

Mightiest of hails to you all, Legions of the Warblade!

Now that five of us remain, we are as of now looking for a new sixth member to complete our ranks once more. For this, a new female vocalist is needed. For those who consider themselves worthy and daring enough to join us, a few things may be of interest to you, all jotted down in the following list.

We offer the following grand adventures, splendid deeds and epic quests:

- Plenty of shows, in the Netherlands as well as abroad. The South-American conquest we recently undertook was but the beginning of even grander things to come!
- An extremely varied style of music with plenty of room for your personal touch and ideas.
- Recording of our second album, early 2010.
- As one cannot solely fight battles, tons of fun and good times will of course be had.

We expect, require and demand the following:

- Outstanding vocal skills, and knowledge on how to turn a stage into your personal battleground. In short, a stage-beast with one hell of a voice! (Preferably classically trained singers !)
- Experience, as much as possible. On stage as well as experience in working in and with a band.
- A professional attitude.
- 200% dedication! We will not settle for anything less, as Elexorien is a huge part of our lives, and we have no desire to be “just another band”.
- A well-developed sense of humour, in order to survive the long road to our shows.
- Your own means of transport is not required, but it would be greatly appreciated.

Proud Legions,

we hereby announce the departure of Iné as vocalist of Elexorien. Due to personal differences, we no longer feel we are a solid unit, and we were left with no other choice but to go separate ways.

Iné’s statement is as follows:

Although it hurts inside, I’ve made the decision to leave Elexorien. Due to some personal issues I feel like I can not put a hundred percent effort in this band at the moment.
Being the singer of Elexorien has been an amazing experience; I absolutely love making music, being on stage, going on tours and having fun. The recent South-America tour is a fantastic memory forever.
It was a great honour to perform for you, the fans. Maybe you will see me in other musical projects in the future.

I want to thank Elexorien for all the good times we shared and wish them all the best for the future. I hope the band will be on stage again very soon!
Especially I would like to thank you, the fans, and everyone who helped me or Elexorien the last five years. You’re the best, I will never forget you!

Time flies, when you’re having fun. Last night’s show in Bogota, Colombia, was the last one of our South American tour with God Dethroned. 4 countries, 13 shows,  tons of fun, a whole lot of new friends and new additions to the Legion of the Warblade, and last but not least an immense experience for all of us.

We hereby would like to express our endless gratitude to everyone involved, especially to the following people: Tiago and his entire crew of fantastic people, Jose, Helmut @ Soho Pub Guayaquil, Paul, Nelson and his team, all the bands that supported us on this tour, Belphegor for the fun and good times in Colombia, and of course our dear friends and most esteemed colleagues of mighty GOD DETHRONED for all the things we went through together! Endless beers and cheers for your support, advice, great fun, and all the awesome shows we played together.

And of course, to YOU out there – the ever-growing Legion of friends, followers, and faithful fans. Thank you so much for coming to the shows and setting ablaze the night skies while howling your battlecries to the silver moon. Eternal hails and ales to Santo Andre, Curitiba, Bauru, Campinas, Arequipa, Lima, Trujillo, Loja, Guayaquil, Quito, Medellin and Bogota! We hope to be back soon!
